Job summary

Vibe Recruit is seeking a Senior Buyer for a manufacturing and engineering-focused role. You will manage procurement of materials and services to support business needs, ensuring on-time delivery and cost-efficiency across multiple suppliers.

You will work with ERP/SAP, read technical drawings, and maintain supplier relationships while supporting project deadlines. The ideal candidate has manufacturing procurement experience and strong communication skills to improve supplier performance.

Qualifications

• Experience reading technical drawings and understanding data.
• Experience using ERP systems in procurement.
• Strong MS Office proficiency and data handling.

Responsibilities

• Placing purchase orders to meet demand in a timely manner.
• Ensuring materials arrive on the required date and updating SAP records.
• Maintain supplier details in the ERP system and build supplier relationships.
• Monitor supplier performance and drive improvements.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
• Support multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
