Job summary

Reevr Talent Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Buyer for our engineering manufacturing client. You will manage direct and indirect procurement, influence the supply chain, negotiate contracts, and support new product introduction in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong negotiation, supplier relationship skills, and experience with engineered components. This is an on-site, 37.5-hour per week position with scope to drive cost reductions and cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

• Experience as Senior Buyer or Buyer in engineering/manufacturing.
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
• Experience purchasing technical or engineered components.
• ERP/MRP experience and commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Manage direct and indirect procurement activities.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts and commercial agreements.
• Develop and manage supplier relationships.
• Drive supplier performance, cost savings and continuity.
• Support new product introduction and cross-functional projects.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Quality and Finance.
