Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Senior Engineer to join a UK-wide team delivering temporary works and construction engineering services. You will lead multiple projects, ensuring safety, buildability and compliance across civil, structural and geotechnical domains.

Ideal candidates hold IEng/CEng status or are working towards it, with strong collaboration and problem-solving skills. Agile working is available with site and office mix across UK locations.

Qualifications

• Incorporated Engineer (IEng) or working towards Chartered Engineer (CEng) with equivalent experience.
• Strong grounding in civil, structural and/or geotechnical engineering principles.
• Experience in temporary works design and/or management.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, collaborative work style.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of construction engineering services including temporary works design/checking.
• Review permanent designs for compliance and buildability.
• Support tenders and preconstruction planning.
• Provide technical support for construction-stage and post-construction issues.
