Job summary

PSR Solutions is seeking a Senior Engineer for an industrial/logistics project in Mitcham. The role focuses on technically leading on-site delivery from pre-construction through to handover, coordinating the team and supply chain to meet programme and quality standards.

The candidate will support substructure, groundworks and external works, review drawings and RAMS, and work closely with the Project Manager and QS to manage commercial and delivery aspects. Immediate start preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in main contracting is essential.
• Strong technical and engineering knowledge across substructure, groundworks and external works.
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and resolve technical issues.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of engineering activities across the project.
• Coordinate engineers, subcontractors and the wider supply chain.
• Review drawings, RAMS and technical information.
• Work with design team to resolve issues and identify value engineering opportunities.
• Support programme planning and maintain short-term lookaheads.
• Monitor progress and identify risks to programme, cost and quality.
• Promote health, safety and quality culture on site.
