Rolls-Royce plc in the UK seeks a Senior Engineer to lead the Reactor Island Holistic Layout within the SMR programme. You will coordinate disciplines to deliver integrated, safe, buildable layouts and guide the IPTs through design phases.

The role emphasizes technical leadership, governance, and collaboration across Civils, Architecture, Systems and more. Hybrid working with Derby, Warrington or Manchester as primary locations.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in engineering or equivalent industry experience.
• Chartered Engineer status or active progress toward Chartership.
• Experience leading complex engineering/layout programmes from concept through detailed design.
• Systems engineering experience: requirements management, stakeholder management, risk and gate reviews.
• Experience leading teams, planning, monitoring progress and delivering milestones.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
