Job summary

BYLOR Joint Venture seeks a Senior Engineer to deliver technical execution for the HPC site, reporting to the Project Engineer and guiding a team of around 10 engineers. You will coordinate between site needs and suppliers, review temporary works designs, develop design briefs, manage materials and quality, and uphold safety standards.

The role requires strong leadership, coordination of ITP processes, information flow (RFIs/queries), and close collaboration with procurement to ensure timely

Qualifications

• Proven civil engineering experience on large projects.
• Experience leading engineering teams.
• Knowledge of temporary works coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers to deliver site works right‑first‑time.
• Ensure safe systems of work per approved methods, risk assessments, and procedures.
• Manage the Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) process.
• Develop design briefs and manage information/change control (RFIs/queries).
• Coordinate with procurement to secure appropriate materials and subcontractors.
• Support design change and procurement to avoid delays.
