Job summary

SSA Recruitment is seeking a Senior Engineer/Agent for a Civil Engineering & Utilities contractor working on major Water projects across Thames Water framework. The role covers managing site operations, coordinating works, and ensuring safety, budget, and timeline adherence on AMP8 projects.

The Site Agent will oversee plant, materials and labour, liaise with internal teams, manage subcontractors and lead site meetings, while contributing to work planning and supplier coordination.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Engineer within Civil Engineering, Utilities, or related discipline.

SSA are recruiting for a Senior Engineer/Agent to join a leading Civil Engineering & Utilities contractor working on major Water projects across their Thames Water framework, involving clean and wastewater treatment projects, pumping station upgrades, as well as other civils based schemes including deep drainage, shafts, and tunnelling.

The Site Agent would be responsible for:
