Job summary

WSP is seeking an experienced leader to join our UK Engagement and Consultation team, delivering stakeholder engagement across major infrastructure projects. You will influence regional delivery models, lead dispersed teams, and drive excellence in engagement practice.

Based in the North with regular presence in the Manchester office, you will build strategic client relationships and contribute to business development while aligning with planning and consents frameworks.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading consultation and engagement on large, multi‑disciplinary infrastructure projects.
• Degree qualified or equivalent professional experience.
• Membership of a relevant professional or trade body (desirable).
• Experience across road, rail, utilities, water, environment or energy sectors.
