East West Railway Company is seeking a Senior Programme Engagement & Culture Manager in Milton Keynes. You will shape people experience across the East West Rail programme, leading a multi-employer engagement approach and ensuring clear information, priorities and belonging across partners and suppliers.

You will drive end-to-end listening, stakeholder collaboration, and leadership communications to foster a culture aligned with our values and strategic priorities.

Formación

• Significant experience in employee experience, engagement and internal communications.
• Strong relationships with a wide stakeholder ecosystem.
• Experience developing and delivering employee engagement or listening activity.
• Experience working with employee surveys and translating insight into action.
• Ability to translate insight into practical recommendations and interventions.
• Excellent facilitation skills for workshops and discussions.
• Understanding of factors influencing engagement, culture and experience.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders and influencing without direct authority.
• Experience in a complex, fast-paced environment and strong project management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design and delivery of a system-wide Team EWR People Experience and Engagement Strategy across cross-employer programmes.
• Drive cross-employer people experience initiatives in onboarding, recognition, wellbeing, inclusion, learning, performance and change.
• Develop recognition approaches celebrating contribution across employer boundaries.
• Lead pulse survey cycles end-to-end, plus year-round listening through surveys, focus groups and events.
• Turn insights into priority actions and support leaders to implement meaningful plans.
