What will I be doing?

In this position, you will build the world you want to live in with a career in the infrastructure property sector. You will be identifying, negotiating, acquiring, and developing energy projects across the UK. You'll manage stakeholder relationships, screen potential energy development sites, prepare feasibility studies, and draft and negotiate legal agreements. Additionally, part of your responsibilities will involve managing and coaching junior team members, attending industry events, and promoting the business through press articles and publications.

What do I need?

We're looking for an Energy Specialist with experience advising and managing clients across multiple projects, with a solid understanding of energy technologies, technical and environmental constraints, and expertise in negotiating with landowners and developers. Success in this role requires excellent project and people management skills, strong communication abilities, both written and verbal, and strong leadership and line management skills. A full clean driving license is essential.
