Location: Leeds, UK (hybrid working)

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive Energy Specialist to lead identification, negotiation, acquisition, and development of energy projects across the UK. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience advising and managing multiple projects, with strong knowledge of energy technologies, technical and environmental constraints, and landowner/developer negotiations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead on energy project development from inception to completion.
  2. Negotiate with landowners, developers, and stakeholders.
  3. Manage and mentor junior team members.
  4. Collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients.
Requirements
