Uniquely in the UK is expanding and seeking experienced energy sales professionals to join our door-to-door teams, representing one of the UK’s leading energy providers.

You’ll explain tariffs and products clearly, manage your own territory, coach newer colleagues, and drive strong, uncapped earnings while upholding compliance and a friendly, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Experienced in energy sales, ideally face-to-face or field based.
• Confident explaining energy products, tariffs and contracts clearly.
• Familiar with compliance and customer standards in the energy sector.
• Proven performer who consistently hits targets.
• Keen to support and develop others in the team.
• Self-motivated, organised, and reliable.
• Holder of a full UK/EU driving licence.

• Connecting with customers at their doorstep, using energy market knowledge to explain tariffs and products clearly and help households find the right solution.
• Delivering a compliant, respectful, and professional experience every time, in line with industry standards.
• Managing and growing your own territory to deliver strong, consistent sales results.
• Leading by example and supporting, coaching and mentoring newer team members in the field.
• Working towards targets with uncapped earning potential.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Connecting with customers at their doorstep, using your energy market knowledge to explain tariffs and products clearly and help households find the right solution
• Delivering a compliant, respectful, and professional experience every time, in line with industry standards
• Managing and growing your own territory to deliver strong, consistent sales results
• Leading by example and supporting, coaching and mentoring newer team members in the field
• Working towards targets with uncapped earning potential

What You’ll Get

• £30,000 - £35,000 base salary (depending on experience) + uncapped commission
