Job summary

The Green Recruitment Company is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee energy construction projects based in London, with responsibilities extending to Romania where relevant.

You will lead the construction of PV, onshore wind and BESS facilities, coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure regulatory compliance, cost control and risk management. Travel to site locations will be required, with two days of remote work per week.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in managing solar projects, including projects on land of more than 10 MWp.
• Knowledge of EPC processes, contract management and solar and wind technology.
• Capacity to manage complex projects and different interested parties.
• Fluency in English and Romanian.
• Availability for travel.

Responsibilities

• Management of the construction of the PV, onshore wind and BESS plant.
• Coordination of multifunctional teams and communication with subcontractors.
• Management of risks, resolution of problems and control of costs, comfort and quality.
• Communication with public service companies and authorities regarding regulatory permits and compliance.
• Coordination with the purchasing team to obtain the necessary components.
• Report to the project director and senior management.
