Job summary

Field is seeking a Project Manager to lead long-duration BESS projects from pre-construction through FID, construction, commissioning and handover. You will report to the Head of Delivery and collaborate with Engineering, QHSE, Procurement, Legal and Development teams.

Ideal candidates will have managed renewable energy projects through FID or construction, with hands-on programme, budget and quality discipline, and strong stakeholder engagement skills. Hybrid UK role with generous benefits.

Qualifications

• You have managed at least 2 onshore renewable energy projects through FID or construction.
• Strong project leadership with focus on programme, budget and quality.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of FIDIC contracts and CDM regulation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-construction activities up to Final Investment Decision (FID) with programme focus.
• Coordinate landowner engagement and land-related obligations.
• Collaborate with design, procurement and legal teams through tenders and contracts.
• Oversee construction phase to meet time, quality and budget targets.
• Ensure commissioning and handover to Operations.
