Qualifications

• Experience delivering highly serviced (mechanical/electrical heavy) Design & Construct projects.
• Oil and gas industry experience (Gas Terminals/Compressors) preferred.
• Familiarity with NEC3/4 forms of contracts.

Responsibilities

• Be fully accountable for delivery of projects, safely, on time and to budget.
• Set the standard on projects/contracts.
• Identify and deliver project requirements.
• Resolve issues in a controlled and timely manner.
• Plan, review and deliver contract programmes.
• Line manage Site Managers, Assistant Site Managers and Section Managers.
• Maintain strong client relationships and update stakeholders on progress.
• Ensure sufficient resources and materials are in place.
• Manage commercial aspects including gross margin and cost control.
• Oversee subcontractor performance and financial metrics.
