Job summary

Publicis Sapient is seeking a Product Manager specializing in Endur to drive product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for Endur-based solutions in energy trading. You will work with business stakeholders, technology teams, and end users to optimize Endur implementations and meet business objectives.

You will own the product vision, collaborate with trading, risk, and tech teams, and translate requirements into features while managing the full lifecycle from concept to launch.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, with Endur or ETNM platform knowledge.
• Strong understanding of commodity trading, risk management, and trading lifecycle.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and user stories.
• Experience with agile methodologies and backlog management.
• Data-driven decision making and strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Endur implementations.
• Collaborate with trading, risk, and technology teams to design and deliver Endur solutions.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and development teams.
• Translate business requirements into actionable user stories and features.
• Lead the full product lifecycle from concept to launch and optimization.
• Monitor market trends and regulatory changes to enhance Endur offerings.
• Conduct user testing and data analysis to measure success and drive improvements.
• Provide training and support to end users to maximise adoption.
