Littlefish is seeking a Senior Technical Lead for Field and Onsite Services. The role is onsite with customer environments in Greater London. You will lead advanced endpoint, device, OS and identity issues across Windows and Mac estates and guide onsite teams to resolutions.

Responsibilities include complex incident ownership, troubleshooting, guidance on security and policy compliance, and collaboration with resolver groups. Strong communication and documentation skills are essential.

Formación

• Significant experience providing advanced onsite or endpoint technical support within enterprise environments.
• Strong hands-on experience supporting both Windows and macOS devices.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Active Directory.
• Strong experience managing Windows devices using Intune or Configuration Manager.
• Experience supporting Apple devices through Jamf or equivalent Apple device management solutions.
• Experience investigating issues using logs and diagnostics.
• Ability to assess options and provide clear recommendations with risks.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platform.

Responsabilidades

• Lead diagnosis and resolution of complex Windows and Mac endpoint issues.
• Take ownership of technically challenging incidents from investigation through to resolution.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting across hardware, OS, applications, identity, authentication and connectivity.
• Analyze logs and diagnostic data to identify root causes and propose solutions.
• Collaborate with resolver groups to progress complex technical issues to resolution.
• Provide authoritative technical guidance and evidence-based recommendations to customers and stakeholders.
• Support Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Active Directory environments.
• Manage complex endpoint activities including builds, migrations, deployments and upgrades.
• Troubleshoot device compliance, security, software deployment, certificate and policy-related issues.
• Utilise endpoint management platforms including Microsoft Intune, Configuration Manager and Jamf.
• Assess technical risks and ensure changes meet security and operational standards.
• Produce high-quality technical documentation and knowledge articles.
• Contribute to projects, investigations and service improvement initiatives.
• Stay up to date with modern workplace technologies and security trends.
