Job summary

G2 Legal Limited represents a leading UK law firm seeking an Associate Employment Solicitor to join the South East Employment team in Sevenoaks. The role is hybrid/flexible with a broad range of employer client work and senior executive matters.

You will advise on employment law issues, including unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancy and restructuring, while supporting client training and business development to build lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years' PQE in employment law.
• Strong technical expertise in employment matters.
• Commercial approach to client service.

Responsibilities

• Advise on unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancy and restructuring.
• Handle TUPE, settlement agreements, disciplinary and grievance matters.
• Give employment tribunal litigation support and corporate transactional support.
• Assist with client training, business development and nurturing long-term client relationships.
