Responsibilities

• Advise a varied portfolio of clients on a broad range of employment matters.
• Handle complex and high-value contentious employment work, including tribunals.
• Advise on contracts, policies, restructures, redundancies, disciplinary and grievance matters, and senior exits.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Play an active role in business development and the growth of the practice.
• Support and develop more junior members of the team.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the firm in a full-service environment.
