• Advise on contracts, policies, restructures, redundancies, disciplinary and grievance matters, and senior exits.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

• Support and develop more junior members of the team.
• Work closely with colleagues across the wider firm, benefiting from a genuinely full-service offering.
