• 5-8 years' PQE gained within a recognised Employment team.

• Experience advising employer clients on both advisory and litigation matters.

• A commercial, proactive and responsive approach.
• An interest in business development and networking activities.
• Experience supervising junior lawyers would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

A highly regarded Employment team is seeking a talented Senior Employment Solicitor to join its growing practice.

The Role

You will advise employer clients on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including:

• Employment tribunal litigation
• Disciplinary and grievance issues
• Discrimination, whistleblowing and unfair dismissal claims
• Restructuring, redundancy and TUPE matters
• Employment contracts, policies and procedures
• Day-to-day HR and employment law advisory work
• Client relationship management and business development initiatives

The Candidate
