A highly regarded and established law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Employment Solicitor to join its team in Farnham.

This is an excellent opportunity to take a leading role in developing and growing the firm's Employment offering. The position has arisen due to increasing workload, continued growth and long-term succession planning.

The Role

You will handle a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious Employment work, including:

• Employment law training
• Settlement agreements
• Employment contracts, policies and procedures
• Disciplinaries and dismissals
• Employment disputes and Employment Tribunal claims
• Employment status and IR35
• Redundancy and restructuring
• TUPE matters

You will advise a varied client base of employers and employees, while playing a key role in building the firm's Employment practice and profile across the region.

About You

You will be an experienced Employment Solicitor with strong technical expertise and the confidence to manage matters independently. Commercially minded and client-focused, you will be keen to help develop the department and generate new opportunities.
