Qualifications

• 7+ years' PQE in Employment law.
• Solid business plan and growth proposition for Bath market.
• Strong client management and service skills.
• Proven ability to win new business through BD activity.
• Experience managing a small team.
• Tribunal litigation experience (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Deliver profitable work on matters with solo oversight.
• Build relationships with clients and referrers.
• Define service scopes, pricing, and charging models.
• Demonstrate market and sector knowledge for robust advice.
• Contribute to departmental business plans and strategy.
• Lead BD initiatives and generate new business.
• Expand client network and referrals across the firm.
• Supervise and develop junior team members.
