Job summary

Chadwick Nott seeks an Employment Solicitor to join a respected South West law firm in Bath. You will provide practical, commercially focused employment advice to a varied client base and support senior colleagues in delivering joined-up solutions.

You will work within a collaborative team of solicitors and HR professionals, handling both contentious and non-contentious matters and contributing to client development and the firm’s growth. Hybrid/flexible working is available.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with employment law experience.
• Experience across both contentious and non-contentious matters.
• Proven ability to build strong client relationships.

Employment Solicitor - Bath

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Employment Solicitor to join a highly regarded South West law firm, recognised for providing practical, commercially focused advice and building long-standing client relationships.

You’ll work as part of a collaborative team of Employment Solicitors and HR Consultants, providing clients with joined‑up advice that reflects both the legal position and the realities of running a business.

Working closely with senior colleagues, you’ll advise a broad range of clients, including established regional businesses, growing companies, senior executives and directors across a variety of sectors.

The work is both varied and interesting, covering:

• Day-to-day employment law advice
• Workplace disputes and contentious matters
• Restructures and organisational change
• TUPE transfers
• Executive appointments and exits
• Business protection and restrictive covenant issues
• HR and people-related challenges
• Strategic employment and risk management advice

As part of a close‑knit team, you’ll enjoy direct client contact, meaningful responsibility and the opportunity to contribute to the continued growth and direction of the practice.
