CMS UK is seeking an Employment Associate to be based in Manchester (or Edinburgh, Glasgow, Bristol, Sheffield). You will advise commercial clients, including FTSE 100 companies, across contentious and non-contentious matters with a fast-paced, varied workload.

Qualifications

• Experience in both contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
• Strong academic record and client-focused approach.
• Ability to manage deadlines and large matters with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Advise on a range of employment law matters for commercial clients.
• Support in business-transfers, TUPE, and related transactions.
• Contribute to development of the Employment team and cross-jurisdictional work.
