Job summary

CMS CMNO LLP is seeking an experienced Employment Associate to be based in one of the UK offices: Edinburgh, Glasgow, Bristol, Manchester or Sheffield. You will advise commercial clients, including FTSE 100 companies, across the full spectrum of employment law matters and contribute to the growth of CMS’s UK Employment group.

You will handle both contentious and non-contentious work, be well-organised, proactive and possess excellent written and spoken communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in advice on employment matters for commercial clients
• Ability to handle both contentious and non-contentious work
• Strong academic record and enthusiasm for development

Responsibilities

• Advise commercial clients (including FTSE 100 companies) on a wide range of employment matters
• Contribute to the growth and development of CMS’s UK Employment group
• Handle day-to-day employment issues including negotiations, tribunals and corporate transactions
