Job summary

CDW is seeking a senior data‑driven proactive Employee Relations Partner to lead and execute the employee relations strategy across UK&I within a global matrix organisation. You will advise senior leaders on complex ER matters, shaping policy, governance, and employee wellbeing while upholding CDW values.

You will manage a small ER team, oversee case management, health referrals, and data reporting, ensuring timely, compliant resolution and driving continuous improvement across the function.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in employee relations with focus on compliance and resolution.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and tribunals.
• Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead ER strategy and governance with timely case handling.
• Advise senior leaders on complex ER matters including TUPE and restructuring.
• Manage an ER team and ensure SLAs with timely, compliant resolutions.
• Oversee Health process, GDPR compliance, and absence management.
• Maintain ER data reporting and trend analysis for continuous improvement.
