Job summary

Reach plc is looking for a confident Employee Relations specialist on a 9‑month FTC to manage a high‑volume, complex ER caseload with autonomy. You will advise managers through restructures and ensure policy compliance while handling disciplinary and collective consultations.

You will refresh policies in line with evolving UK legislation and collaborate with the wider People team to drive HR operations forward.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of managing a highly complex, sensitive ER caseload.
• Up-to-date knowledge of UK&I employment law with practical change-management experience.
• Experience supporting trade unions, restructures and tribunal prep.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly manage and resolve a high-volume ER caseload with autonomy.
• Guide managers through organisational changes, restructures and consultations.
• Represent the company in disciplinary, grievance and collective consultation sessions.
