As the Senior Employee Relations Advisor, you will collaborate with a team of dedicated colleagues to deliver high-quality educational and operational employee relations activities, aligned with our ‘Just & Restorative Learning’ culture, values, and behaviors.
We seek a highly motivated Senior Employee Relations Advisor who is person-centred, solution-oriented, and possesses sound judgment and professional challenge skills. Effective and timely communication, along with high interpersonal skills, are essential for success in this role. This is a full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week. The Trust supports flexible working arrangements and is open to discussing your preferred working hours.
