About the Role

We are embarking on a journey to transform our People & OD function into a proactive, effective, and customer-focused service to meet future challenges. As the Senior Employee Relations Advisor, you will collaborate with a team of dedicated colleagues to deliver high-quality educational and operational employee relations activities, aligned with our ‘Just & Restorative Learning’ culture, values, and behaviors.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage a complex caseload of employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with legislation, best practices, case law, and policies.
  2. Provide advice and support to facilitate early resolution of workplace issues, understanding organizational challenges and risks, and offering mitigation strategies.
  3. Lead with compassion and strive for excellence, working closely with stakeholders to influence and shape the future of employee relations.
Candidate Profile

We seek a highly motivated Senior Employee Relations Advisor who is person-centred, solution-oriented, and possesses sound judgment and professional challenge skills. Effective and timely communication, along with high interpersonal skills, are essential for success in this role. A commitment to excellence and making a difference in frontline care services is also vital.

Additional Information

This is a full-time position, working 37.5 hours per week. The Trust supports flexible working arrangements and is open to discussing your preferred working hours.
