We are embarking on an exciting journey to transform our People & OD function to deliver a proactive, customer-focused service to meet future challenges. As the Senior Employee Relations Advisor, you will work with a team to provide high-quality educational and operational employee relations activities aligned with a ‘Just & Restorative Learning’ culture, underpinned by our values and behaviours framework.
You will manage a complex caseload covering a broad spectrum of employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with legislation, case law, and local policies. As a subject matter expert, you will offer high-quality advice and support to facilitate early resolution of workplace issues, understanding organizational challenges and risks, and providing mitigation solutions.
Leading with compassion and striving for excellence, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders to positively influence and shape the future of employee relations through your role.
This is a full-time position, 37.5 hours per week. The Trust supports flexible working arrangements, and we are open to discussing your preferred working hours.
We seek a highly motivated Senior Employee Relations Advisor with a drive for shaping the ER agenda. You should be person-centred, solution-oriented, possess sound judgment, and be capable of professional challenge. Effective, timely communication and high interpersonal skills are essential.
