We are at the beginning of an exciting journey to transform our People & OD function to deliver a proactive and effective customer-focused service to meet future challenges. As the Senior Employee Relations Advisor, you will work with a team of like-minded colleagues to provide high-quality educational and operational employee relations activities in line with a 'Just & Restorative Learning' culture, supported by our values and behaviours framework.
You will manage a complex caseload across a broad range of employee relations matters, aligning with legislation, best practices, case law, and local policies. Operating as the subject matter expert, you will offer high-quality advice and support to facilitate early resolution of workplace issues, understanding organisational challenges and risks, and providing mitigation solutions.
Leading with compassion and striving for excellence, you will partner with stakeholders to positively influence and shape the future of employee relations through your role.
This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. The Trust supports flexible working; we are happy to discuss your preferred working hours within this role.
