Job summary

Groundwork West Midlands is seeking a driven individual with experience working with unemployed young people and adults in targeted environments to broker employment opportunities.

The role drives performance in a paid-by-results programme, supports staff and volunteers, delivers performance and project reports for the Delivery Manager, and ensures referrals comply with contractual requirements. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle with business insurance are required.
