Job summary

Aldrich Co in London is seeking a Senior Associate to support our EMEA Wealth Distribution team with a focus on Germany and the DACH region. You will liaise with senior stakeholders and help drive client engagement and operational efficiency across the region.

The role requires fluent German and English, strong knowledge of wealth distribution channels, and active involvement in multiple projects, including client onboarding and materials in German.

Qualifications

• Fluent German and English (written & spoken).
• Experience in Financial Services or Wealth Management.
• Strong understanding of distribution channels in Germany/DACH.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented and proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for client queries across German-speaking Europe.
• Support distribution strategy and infrastructure, including SICAV growth initiatives.
• Prepare client presentations, events, and marketing materials (in German).
• Assist with client onboarding and ongoing relationship management.
• Maintain CRM systems.
• Support sales strategy execution.
