Hines in London seeks an Associate/Senior Associate in Investor Relations to support global client servicing and relationships across institutional, UHNW, and family offices in the EMEA region. You will collaborate with Global IR, lead communications with investors, draft materials, manage onboarding for EMEA institutions, and help maintain the Investor Portal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 5+ years of related experience, particularly within institutional real estate, in investment management, investor relations, financial analysis or legal roles.
• Demonstrated analytical ability, sound judgment, and the ability to build productive, long-term relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Hands-on problem solving with ownership of issues and effective resolution.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Experience with real estate concepts, investment structures, and institutional investment vehicles is preferred.
• Fluent in German and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong numerical and financial analysis capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Lead and support a range of operational, analytical, and strategic Investor Relations activities.
• Confidently communicate with investors about funds, performance, structure and strategy.
• Draft investor materials, reports, presentations and responses with clarity.
• Oversee onboarding for EMEA institutional investors for a smooth experience.
• Manage regular investor communications, reporting cycles and inquiries.
• Maintain the Investor Portal and support material distribution.
• Provide analytical support for reporting, fundraising materials and portfolio updates.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless investor service.
• Support broader Investor Relations initiatives to improve engagement.
