Aldrich & Company Limited, a leading global asset manager, seeks an Associate – EMEA Wealth (Bilingual English/German) in London to support Germany and the DACH region within the EMEA Wealth Distribution team.

The role focuses on client engagement, distribution growth, and operational efficiency, with a hybrid 4/1 working pattern. You will be the primary German-speaking point of contact for client actions, and will work on client onboarding, CRM, and sales support.

Qualifications

• Experience in Financial Services or Wealth Management is required.
• Fluent German and English (written & spoken) is mandatory.
• Experience with client onboarding and relationship management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for client queries across German-speaking Europe.
• Support distribution strategy and infrastructure, including SICAV growth initiatives.
• Prepare client presentations, events, and marketing materials (in German).

A leading global asset manager is hiring a Senior Associate to join its EMEA Wealth Distribution team in London, with a focus on Germany and German-speaking Europe.

This is a high-impact role supporting regional growth, working closely with senior stakeholders, and acting as a key liaison for client engagement and operational efficiency.

You will be supporting the team in a strong period of growth and will be the point of response for all client actions in German-speaking Europe.

What you’ll be doing:

• Acting as the first point of contact for client queries across German-speaking Europe
