Aldrich & Company Limited is seeking an experienced Client Executive Team Lead in wealth management to oversee a dedicated portfolio of private clients while driving operational excellence and team performance.

You will manage onboarding, liaise with third-party providers, coordinate asset transfers and ensure compliant documentation, while coaching and developing a team to deliver exceptional client outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end onboarding, including account opening, KYC and Source of Wealth requirements.
• Liaise with custodians, pension providers and other third-party providers.
• Coordinate asset transfers and credit documentation.
• Ensure onboarding documentation is compliant and up to date.
• Oversee client requests such as withdrawals, ISA subscriptions, transfers and account changes.
• Respond to client and adviser queries with accuracy and speed.
• Produce client reporting materials and maintain CRM records.
• Support annual suitability reviews and ongoing compliance requirements.
• Lead and develop a team of Client Executives.
• Act as escalation point for operational challenges.
• Monitor team performance, capacity and service delivery metrics.
• Provide coaching, training and career development support.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to integrate and optimise client service functions.
• Drive efficiency improvements across workflows and processes.
• Support business projects and system enhancements.
• Maintain high standards of documentation, compliance and client communication.
