Zebra Technologies Corporation is seeking a Senior Market Intelligence Analyst to create, maintain and analyze market data for the EMEA region. You will collaborate with sales, product management and marketing to deliver insights, dashboards and reports that influence strategic decisions.

The role emphasizes data-driven analysis, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration to build robust market forecasts and competitive intelligence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of analytics, insights, and market research experience.
• Strong presentation and executive communication skills.
• Ability to analyze large data sets and identify trends.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Work with EMEA sales, product management and marketing stakeholders to collect, analyze, define, and document requirements for reports, dashboards, scorecards, and analytics.
• Support EMEA sales teams and marketing on intelligence/industry research requests and analytics, competitive intelligence, market and customer segmentation and product development input requirements.
• Examine EMEA sales and performance data, tracking results and other research to form customer knowledge gap analysis.
• Create, maintain and analyze EMEA market data using methods such as trending, data visualization, and statistical methods to provide customer insight.
• Oversee ongoing, EMEA program-specific-internal research initiatives and scope requests; collaborate with suppliers, monitors archives and communicate findings.
• Examine market analytics and identify knowledge gaps to address strategic business needs and strategies.
