Job summary

Zebra is seeking a seasoned Business/Data Analyst to drive data governance and deliver enterprise dashboards across multiple systems. You will translate complex data into actionable insights for leadership and help shape strategic decisions with data-driven recommendations.

With 8+ years of experience, you will design and optimize data flows in cloud warehouses, collaborate with stakeholders, and mentor junior analysts while maintaining data quality and governance standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in analytics, governance or data-related roles.
• Strong business acumen with ability to translate data into insights for leadership.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills for compelling presentations.
• Proficient in Python and SQL for data manipulation and validation.
• Experience designing enterprise dashboards and data pipelines in cloud data warehouses.

Responsibilities

• Design reports and dashboards using data from multiple systems to stakeholder specifications.
• Deliver reports (PowerPoint, PDF, etc.) to aid executive decision-making.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to management that influence business processes.
• Review reports for data accuracy and maintain data quality and governance across systems.
• Coach junior analysts in data governance, analytics, and presentation skills.
