Job summary

Zebra Technologies is seeking an Inside Sales Engineer to partner with Inside Sales Account Managers, delivering technical expertise, strategy, and solutions. This role is based in our London Soho office, engaging with customers and partners to drive smarter, faster outcomes while aligning with Zebra's European Inside Sales Hub.

You will present technical solutions, maintain client relationships, and contribute to proposals and quotes while staying abreast of industry trends and competitors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proficient in English and German language.
• Willingness to travel to London office five days a week.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to customers (primarily virtually).
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
• Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, quotes.
• Provide technical support and guidance to customers throughout the sales process.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, products, and competitors.
• Participate in sales meetings and training sessions.
• Develop and deliver technical onboarding and updates for the Inside Sales team.
• Stay connected with the Sales Engineers across EMEA.
