Job summary

Zebra Technologies in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Commercial Finance Manager to partner with Sales leaders, translating pipeline and P&L data into actionable commercial strategies that drive revenue growth and margin improvements.

The role is hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days remote) with occasional European travel. You will lead two Sales Finance Analysts, build advanced financial models in Excel and Power BI, and provide executive-level decision support to senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field.
• CIMA, ACCA, or ACA qualification strongly preferred.
• Advanced financial modelling skills in Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted financial advisor to Senior Sales Leaders and influence commercial initiatives.
• Lead analytics on revenue, gross margin, and sales pipeline and present executive-ready insights.
• Develop dynamic forecasting models and scenario planning across regional units.
• Mentor two Sales Finance Analysts and develop their analytical and stakeholder skills.
• Build dashboards in Excel and Power BI to give real-time visibility into performance.
