Unity is seeking a Senior Benefits Specialist - EMEA to lead end-to-end benefits administration for employees across EMEA and India, focusing on renewals and cross-regional projects.

You will manage vendor relationships, Workday updates, reporting, and employee communications in partnership with Payroll, Legal, and Compliance. Requires 6+ years in benefits/HR operations and a Bachelor’s degree.

Qualificações

• 6+ years in benefits administration, HR operations, or related roles with renewals/implementations.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of EMEA/India benefits regulations and benchmarking.
• Project management skills with timelines and milestones.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee day-to-day administration of health, welfare, retirement, and time-off programs across EMEA and India.
• Serve as senior contact for employee queries and coordinate with regional specialists.
• Create and manage project plan and timeline for all EMEA renewals and vendor meetings.
• Collect and format reports and benchmarking data to support renewal proposals.
• Manage renewals post-approval including Workday updates and cross-functional coordination.
• Lead enrollment presentations and employee communications for Open Enrollment.
• Drive regional benefits projects for operational improvements and standardisation.
• Collaborate with external brokers and vendors to meet regional needs and SLAs.
• Audit benefits systems for data integrity and regulatory compliance.
