HUBER+SUHNER Polatis is seeking an Embedded Software Test Engineer to contribute hands-on testing expertise and collaborate across disciplines to deliver high-quality software products.

The role focuses on test strategy, planning, and execution, with emphasis on integrating automated testing into the CI/CD pipeline and ensuring robust hardware/software integration using I2C, UART, SPI, and USB interfaces.

Formación

• 5+ years creating test cases for FPGA-based embedded software.
• Experience with hardware/software integration testing.
• Proficient in Python for test automation and Linux shell scripting.

Responsabilidades

• Develop test strategies and plans for projects with stakeholders.
• Execute tests and report results; identify improvements.
• Develop and implement automated testing frameworks and scripts.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines with development teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address production and field issues; provide timely resolutions.
• Produce required test documents, plans, cases and results to meet regulatory and organizational requirements.
• Proactively identify process improvements across the testing lifecycle.
