Job summary

Humand Talent is seeking a Senior Embedded Firmware Engineer to lead electronics design from concept through to production. You’ll own analogue and digital circuits, develop firmware, design PCBs and work on connected product technologies with EMC and DFA/DFM considerations.

Join a multidisciplinary R&D team where you’ll mentor engineers, influence technical decisions and help shape next generation products for reliable manufacturing and scalable deployment.

Qualifications

• Strong analogue and digital electronics design knowledge.
• Hands-on hardware development and embedded firmware/software experience.
• PCB and microprocessor-based product development.
• Experience taking products from feasibility or concept through to production.
• Understanding of DFM/DFA.
• Exposure to EMC testing, product approvals, certification or compliance.
• Wired and/or wireless communications experience (Wi‑Fi / cellular).
• Experience planning or leading complex engineering development activities.
• An Electronics Engineering degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience mentoring or providing technical guidance to other engineers.

Responsibilities

• Own electronics development across the full product lifecycle.
• Design sophisticated analogue and digital electronics.
• Develop embedded firmware with version control and release processes.
• Turn prototypes into production-ready designs with DFM/DFA.
• Support EMC testing, approvals and compliance.
• Explore connected product technologies (Wi‑Fi / cellular).
• Mentor junior engineers within the team.
