We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Email Marketing Executive to join our team at Britannia Hotels central office, home to several key departments. Conveniently situated in the heart of Trafford Park, our office boasts excellent transport links. With tram stops just a short walk away and easy access to the M60, commuting is hassle-free.

What does the role involve?
You will be working with our Email Marketing Manager to create emails to promote Britannia Hotels, The Elite Venue Selection and our sister company, Pontins. This will require use of our email marketing platform to design emails, select contacts to send to, create targeted segments, develop automated programs and more.

What skills do you need?
We are looking for someone that is creative, organised and has a good understanding of email marketing. We want our emails to look nice, generate sales effectively and be technically well designed. To do the above well, you are likely to be confident on Photoshop, Canva or an equivalent program and have experience working with an email marketing platform. We are looking for candidates that have a minimum of two years experience working in email marketing.

Your duties will include:

• Plan, design and execute email marketing campaigns to support business goals
• Assisting with increasing and maintaining our customer database
• Ensuring compliance with GDPR regulations
• Develop and refine email marketing strategies to optimise performance
• Monitor and analyse email campaign performance to make data-driven recommendations for improvements
• Creating segments to target specific audience groups
• Build and manage email programs to incorporate automated workflows and triggered email journeys
