You will work with procurement to re-engineer products for cost effectiveness while maintaining performance, with flexible hybrid working and involvement in cutting-edge technology within a growing engineering team.

Qualifications

• Value engineering experience – improving existing products for cost effectiveness.
• DFM experience.
• Understands commercial objectives for a senior value engineering role.
• Good electronics design experience – digital & analogue.

Responsibilities

• Work in a small, specialist team of Electronic Hardware Engineers.
• Focus on value engineering and understanding customer requirements.
• Collaborate with procurement to re-engineer products to be more cost effective while meeting customer needs.
