Job summary

Pure Resourcing Solutions client seeks an electronics hardware engineer to work hands-on with the newest Intel compute silicon in harsh environments. You’ll own products from redesign to field support, tackle obsolescence, and evolve boards to stay competitive.

You'll work in a lab with oscilloscope and logic analyser, contribute to schematics and high-density PCB layouts, and engage in design reviews to ensure robust performance. A strong electronics background is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional electronics engineering experience.
• Degree in electronics or related field.
• Desire to work with high-performance Intel compute silicon.
• Understanding of complex high-layer-count PCB design and signal integrity considerations.

Responsibilities

• Own product redesigns from issue investigation to verified fix.
• Test and redesign existing products from prototype to production.
• Lead the complete redesign of legacy products.
• Integrate latest market components to extend lifecycles.
• Create and update schematics and high-density PCB layouts (16-20 layers).
• Verify layout work for signal integrity and manufacturability.
• Tackle component obsolescence and manage documentation.
• Conduct design reviews, debugging with oscilloscope/logic analyser.
• Report progress and contribute to hardware development processes.
