Job summary

Pure Resourcing Solutions Limited on behalf of our client is seeking a senior electronics hardware designer to lead and influence a seven-strong engineering team in Essex. You will own high-speed digital and multi-disciplinary design across products from concept to production.

Working within a collaborative culture that values innovation, you will coach engineers, specify components, review layouts in Altium, and guide analogue, RF, FPGA and power electronics work throughout the full lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Senior hardware experience with 10+ years in the sector.
• Strong high-speed digital design skills; analogue, power electronics, RF and FPGA experience are a plus.
• Experience advising and coaching electronics engineers.
• Experience with Altium and component selection; PCB layout understanding.
• Experience working in multidisciplinary teams across the full electronics design lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of engineers.
• Offer technical advice and support across projects.
• Collaborate across software, mechanical, test and manufacturing during the full electronics design lifecycle.
