Qualifications

• A degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Extensive experience in electronics hardware development.
• Strong understanding of the hardware development lifecycle from requirements to production.
• Proven PCB design experience and proficiency with Altium Designer.
• Hands-on, practical problem-solving and testing skills.
• Excellent communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the definition, design, development and testing of electronic hardware.
• Design and develop PCBs and circuits using Altium Designer.
• Own hardware through complete development lifecycle.
• Produce specifications, schematics, diagrams, test procedures and docs.
• Build and test prototypes and investigate issues with lab equipment.
• Mentor and guide engineers and project teams.
• Collaborate with engineering and other functions to deliver new products.
