Stannah is seeking a Senior Electronics Engineer to join the Stairlift Engineering team in Andover. You will design, develop, and maintain electronic hardware for safety-critical consumer products and contribute to robust hardware solutions.
You will work 37 hours weekly, Monday-Thursday 08:00–16:45, Friday 08:00–13:00, with hybrid work after probation. You will mentor junior engineers and drive DFMEA and safety analyses within a dynamic, market-leading environment.

Stannah has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Electronics Engineer to join the Stairlift Engineering department based in Andover.
This role will involve designing, developing, and maintaining electronic hardware solutions for safety-critical consumer products. Working as part of a collaborative engineering team, you will play a key role in delivering innovative and reliable hardware solutions that support the continued success of our stairlift products.
As the Senior Electronics Engineer, you will work 37 hours a week, Monday to Thursday 08:00 to 16:45, Friday 08:00 to 13:00 on a permanent basis. This role offers hybrid working of three days in the office after a successful probation period.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced hardware engineer looking to work on innovative products within a market-leading organisation, while mentoring junior engineers and contributing to the development of life-changing accessibility solutions.
To be successful as the Senior Electronics Engineer, it is essential that you have previous experience in the design and development of electrical and electronic systems, including PCB design and prototype testing. Experience with safety-critical systems, motor control, EMC compliance, or SIL2 development environments would be highly desirable.
