Atlassian Williams F1 Team seeks a procurement professional to generate purchase orders for electronic components, wiring looms, sensors, and control systems hardware. You will ensure specifications are communicated and authorisations obtained.

Responsibilities include expediting deliveries, addressing non-conformances, conducting supplier audits (ESD, IPC-A-610/620), and leading electronics tenders. Develops supplier base and ensures best value for the race team.

Qualifications

• Previous procurement experience in a fast-changing engineering/manufacturing environment.
• Experience with electronics/components, wiring looms/harnesses, sensors, PCBs or control systems hardware desired.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills are essential.

Responsabilités

• Generate Purchase Orders for electronics and control systems hardware and related services.
• Expedite deliveries and provide timely delivery status to internal stakeholders.
• Deal with non-conformances to minimise delays.
• Take the lead on tender processes for electronics and control systems commodities.
• Develop a strategic supplier base and conduct supplier audits.
